EMERSON — Blake Kneifl rushed for 163 yards and four touchdowns and the Wolfpack special teams got in on the scoring barrage as Tri County rolled to a 50-6 homecoming win over Oakland-Craig Friday at Emerson-Hubbard High School.

Kneifl had almost half of the Wolfpack’s 360 yards in total offense, all of it coming on the ground. He carried 23 times for 163 yards and found the end zone four times as the Wolfpack improved to 3-2 on the season and 1-0 in district play.

Logan Kraemer had a 68-yard touchdown run and freshman Paxton Servine found the end zone in the second half with an 18-yard scamper for six.

TCNE’s special teams also got in on the action in the first period when an errant punt snap was recovered in the end zone by freshman lineman Jacob Warner, who fell on the loose ball for the team’s second touchdown of the game.

Ben Bousquet rushed eight times for 63 yards and Servine had 54 yards on eight carries for the Wolfpack.

Defensively, Warner and Hayden Hatcher both had five tackles to lead the Wolfpack effort. Bousquet and Logan Morgan both had four tackles. Warner, Atlee Anderson and Taven Kent each had quarterback sacks and Kneifl picked off a pass.

The Wolfpack have a key district matchup at LCC Friday. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Haskell Field in Laurel.
