An attempted abduction in Ponca Tuesday evening led to an early-morning arrest by deputies from the Dixon County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday.
Bradley Scott Perrin, 55, was located in rural Ponca early Wednesday morning in a white Ford Focus with Iowa plates that was identical to the one described by witnesses to the incident, which took place at around 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to the report, a middle-aged white male attempted to abduct a teenage boy in Ponca.
Witnesses said there was more than one person in the vehicle at the time of the attempted abduction and that the person who attempted to abduct the child was a male with a scruffy beard.
The suspect and the vehicle were located in rural Ponca in the early-morning hours of Wednesday and Perrin was arrested and booked in the Thurston County Jail.
